The meaning of the proverb is that due to the sudden rise in temperature in the above-mentioned days, especially after a previous period of gradual decrease in temperature and moderate weather, the “wild animals” or wild animals in general are forced to go (to the water springs, streams and water sources in broad daylight, not caring about the intensity of their thirst due to the many dangers surrounding them, especially humans.
